Pizza Payoff

I was craving pizza like a...well, like a fat girl craves pizza.  I have been very good about not ordering pizzas from a restaurant for the better part of a year.
(Mainly because Pizza Hut kept making me wait over the fifteen minutes they said it would take to make my pizza even though I spent 20 minutes at the Blockbuster next door.  I feel like I was giving them more than enough time to cook up a cheesy lovefest for my sad Saturday night.  Right?  I'm not crazy.  They just suck at time management.  Frankly I don't know how they stay in business.)

I picked up a toaster oven sized California Pizza Kitchen's BBQ Chicken Pizza today at the grocery store.  It seemed like a good investment.  I would have my taste for pizza killed and I would not have left overs and so would not be tempted to eat an entire pie.  But then I discovered Konto's Pizza Bread quietly lurking in the bread aisle and came upon a wondrous idea.  I could make a pizza!  And it would be so easy!  I quickly dropped off the CPK's box in the wrong aisle and I headed home!

You can do several of these at once since they're so cutesy small.

I used BBQ sauce instead of pizza sauce which can taste super funky out of a can or jar.
 And...I like BBQ sauce.

Lowfat cheese.  Ah, yeah...

You can add anything you want to your own masterpiece.
I like mushrooms and black olives.
It's one of the few healthy things I honestly loves.

Add a little olive oil, salt and pepper on top.

425 degrees for about fifteen minutes.
Out of the oven goodness.

Yum.  Pizza Hut can suck it.
